3 Fantasy Football Tight End Streamer Options for Week 10

The tight end position isn't overflowing with depth. Instead, it's still top-heavy. So, those of you who kicked the can down the road at the position instead of investing in an elite tight end might dabble in the streamer waters. Some of you came out of drafts with the intention of streaming.

No matter the path to this point, those who need help identifying widely available tight ends to help their fantasy squad each week have found the correct spot. This is your weekly home for streaming options. Here are three choices for this week.

Greg Dulcich, Denver Broncos

Yahoo! Roster Percentage: 35%

The Denver Broncos were on their bye last week, putting a one-week hiatus on Greg Dulcich's ascension.

According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), the pass-catching rookie was tied for fourth in routes (93), tied for seventh in targets (17), tied for seventh in receptions (12), third in receiving yards (182), and ninth in yards per route run (1.96 Y/RR) among tight ends targeted at least eight times in Week 6 through Week 8.

Dulcich hit the ground running after opening his rookie season on Injured Reserve (IR), and he can smash in a plus matchup this week. According to Pro Football Reference, tight ends have the fourth-most receiving yards (541) and are tied for the sixth-most receptions (45) against the Tennessee Titans this season.

It's also encouraging Dulich hasn't been a boom-or-bust option. He's had at least 44 receiving yards in all three games and had multiple receptions in each contest. Dulcich's season lows for targets, receptions, and receiving yards were 3, 2, and 44 in his debut in Week 6, but he hauled in a touchdown.

So, gamers should treat him as a top-10 tight end for the rest of the season. Dulcich is listed as a streamer in this piece, but he should be universally rostered and treated as a TE1 unless something changes in his profile.

Cole Kmet, Chicago Bears

Yahoo! Roster Percentage: 23%

A high tide raises all ships, and that's outstanding for Cole Kmet.

Second-year quarterback Justin Fields has been on fire lately, and the Chicago Bears have scored 33, 29, and 32 points in the previous three weeks.

Yes, Fields has done much of his damage on the ground instead of through the air. Nevertheless, Kmet has benefited from Chicago's white-hot offense. Kmet had an underwhelming 2 receptions for 32 yards in Week 7, but he's since found paydirt in back-to-back weeks. He had 2 receptions for 11 yards and a touchdown in Week 8 before erupting for 5 receptions, 41 yards, and 2 touchdowns in Week 9.

Kmet also has promising underlying stats. Since Week 7, he's second on the Bears in routes (74), third in targets (10), second in receptions (nine), third in receiving yards (84), and first in touchdown receptions (three). Chase Claypool was added to the team via trade and will provide Kmet competition for targets, but that's somewhat offset by Claypool's potential to help the Bears move the ball and score more points.

The context is also superb for Kmet this week.

First, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Bears have an implied total of 25.75 points. Second, the Detroit Lions are dreadful at defending tight ends. Tight ends are tied for the sixth-most receptions (45), have the sixth-most receiving yards (502), and are tied for the fourth-most receiving touchdowns (5) against Detroit this year.

Kmet's floor is low in a low-passing-volume offense, but the context is excellent, making him a stellar streamer in Week 10.

Cade Otton, Tampa Buccaneers

Yahoo! Roster Percentage: 11%

It hasn't been a standard season for Tom Brady, but he's enabling a fantasy-relevant tight end as usual.

Rookie Cade Otton was third on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in routes (134), targets (16), and receiving yards (147). He's also tied for third in receptions (11) in the previous three weeks.

Otton had a dud in Week 8, catching two of five targets for 15 scoreless yards. Yet, he sandwiched stellar showings around his disappointing game, securing 4 receptions for 64 yards in Week 7 and 5 for 58 and a touchdown in Week 9. The Bucs are playing in Germany against the Seattle Seahawks this week, and the matchup is ideal for Otton.

Tight ends torch the Seahawks, amassing the second-most yards (635) and tying for the fourth-most receiving touchdowns (5) against them this season.

Otton is an integral part of Tampa Bay's offense, has earned looks from Brady, and has a dreamy matchup this week. As a result, he's a nifty streamer.
