Robert Williams Over 1.5 Blocks (-108)
Over his final 10 games of the regular season, Robert Williams averaged 2.1 blocks per game and recorded at least two swats in 7 of the 10 games. He did that despite playing just 22.4 minutes per night in that spell.
Williams ended Game 1 with only one block, but on the bright side, he logged 25.1 minutes.
He's been a blocking monster in each of the last two postseasons, averaging 2.2 blocks per game in last year's playoffs after averaging 3.0 per night in the 2020-21 playoffs.
The matchup should help, too, as the Atlanta Hawks gave up 2.3 blocks per game to centers -- the eighth-most -- across the final 30 games.
Our model has Williams right at 1.5 blocks in Game 2, but the over is the side I'll be on.
RJ Barrett Under 16.5 Points (-110)
RJ Barrett netted just seven points in Game 1, and I think he has another quiet scoring night tonight.
While we can't count on Barrett to produce another 2-for-12 shooting night, he's likely to find it tough to score all series against this Cleveland Cavaliers defense. In the regular season, not only did the Cavs play at the league's slowest pace while ranking first in defensive rating, but they held the small-forward position to the seventh-fewest points per game (20.6).
Barrett has now played Cleveland five times this year, and he's yet to score more than 16 points in any of the games.
We project him for 15.3 points in Game 2.
Devin Booker Under 28.5 Points (-113)
We're still dealing with small samples when it comes to the Kevin Durant version of the Phoenix Suns, but Devin Booker hasn't been pouring in points in the split, putting me on this under.
In 166 minutes with both KD and Chris Paul on the floor, Booker is averaging 24.9 points per 36 minutes, according to CourtIQ.
The matchup is another reason to like the under. In the regular season, the Los Angeles Clippers kept two-guards to only 21.3 points per night, the second-fewest. That held true over the final 15 games, too, which accounts for Paul George missing time, as the Clips limited shooting guards to 20.0 points per game in that span.
Booker will likely get all the minutes he can handle today in a crucial Game 2, but despite playing 43.3 minutes in Game 1, he still went under this line, scoring 26 points on 19 shots.
Our algorithm has Booker getting 26.7 points on Tuesday night.
